I was told by my small group, that when McDonald's receives their biscuits, before they are baked, you can actually see the chunks of fat in them like they are chocolate chips.
I ate McDonald's for breakfast today. I had a biscuit. I looked for chunks of fat and could not find them.
It tasted wonderful though. It helped me make it through class this morning.
You're not going to see them silly, because the lard metls during baking. Jim says, "don't worry, even if you can't see them, your heart feels them."
ReplyDeleteI just baked some on Friday afternoon at work - threw them all away. I'll bring a raw, uncooked biscuit for you on Tuesday night.
