The Catholic Church released a statement today which affirmed the continuation of the "Classic" 7 deadly sins (lust, gluttony, avarice, sloth, anger, envy and pride) while also adding a list for the age of globalization.
The 7 modern deadly sins are these:
polluting
genetic engineering
being obscenely rich
drug dealing
abortion
pedophilia
causing social injustice
I was happy with the list. Some statements read (as i've found on news websites) the pursuit of generous wealth instead of the having of generous wealth which I like better, but this list was taken directly from Fox News.
