Social Change

Tonight, in my preaching class, we watched this video to introduce the topic of how church services, specifically the sermon, need to change to interact with what this world is used to.

Have a look, it's fascinating:

This video was shown to us at our last training day. We are looking at it from the perspective of education and how we need to prepare children to learn and how we need to communicate with parents. Unfortunately, most of the staff feels like we are already behind in technology and how can we not only catch up but be able to teach the newest stuff? We are learning from the kids.

When I tried to view the video, it said it was no longer available. Did anyone else get this message? Also, Nate, how is your NCAA basketball pool now looking since we are down to the final four? I am NOT a UNC fan and fear they may win it all now. I will cheer for their opponent! Also, what are your thoughts on the rumors of UK's new head coach for next year? (Good luck with your class.)

I also got the not available to view but kept clicking on different icons and it finally showed up.

It has worked everytime I have checked.

I can still win my pool as long as two things happen... Michigan State wins one more game, and UNC doesn't win it all.
