Stupid Parking

We had to go downtown today to get fingerprinted for our adoption process.  Parking at city hall was an issue, so we went to the parking ramp.

Here was the fee structure:

0-20 minutes: $2
21-40 minutes: $15
Every 20 minutes after that $2 added on the $15
Max a day: $26

Our appointment took 15 minutes.  Walking and parking took 9.  Stupid parking structure.
