Vision Casting

I'm supposed to bring my rough draft of a vision cast for some new initiatives at the church to a meeting next Thursday.

While I don't like thinking of tackling more with my job description on a consistent basis, the blank whiteboard of dreaming is fun.  To start with just a goal, and get to develop the major pieces of the strategy (then to adjust it as other pieces need to be put in place) is at least an energizing process for me.

Hopefully I'll come up with something awesome to implement that will help improve lives and grow our church at the same time.
