We decided it would be enjoyable to take a walk. After getting halfway around a rectangle of a couple of blocks the rain started.
The baby didn't complain about getting wet, but he was also promptly changed into dry pajamas when he got home, the ones with the footsies.
Jenny even borrowed a shirt from her sister so that she could feel dry again.
Nate sat downstairs, in the air conditioning, drenched and cold.
It was a case of bad timing, and I had no choice but to suffer through it.

I assume you were at Jenny's sister's house since Jenny borrowed her sister's shirt. If Jenny could borrow a dry shirt, why couldn't you have also borrowed a dry shirt from your brother-in-law?
